3rd Grade

Welcome to Third Grade!

This year is going to be full of fun, learning, adventures and more! Keep reading to get to know the third grade teachers!

Mr. Kiaresh

In 2013, after graduating from college, I moved to Turkey and taught first grade. In 2015, I came back and have been teaching at Kensington International School.  2018 is my first year as a third grade teacher and I love it!

Interests outside of school:
I love to travel! I have lived in Italy, Turkey and America. I have visited many other countries. I love learning new languages and singing!

Hopes and Dreams:
My hopes and dreams are for all my students to reach their full potential and SHINE! The sky's the limit!

I am the home visit coordinator for our school. I am a BOKS (Build Our Kid's Success) trainer for Kensington as well. I am the mosaic chair for a non-profit children's organization known as Children's International Summer Villages.

What to Expect in Third Grade:

-Homework every night.

-Field trips!

We will go to the Springfield Museums and to Sturbridge Village this year!

-MCAS

This test will be given in March and in May for both reading and math. It is a cumulative test, meaning that it will be on everything the students have learned in third grade.

-A lot of technology!   We use technology every day in third grade. Please practice using a computer as much as you can at home or at the library!
